MELT Advanced/Performance Class
The Advanced/Performance Class moves at a faster pace and is designed for clients who are familiar with MELT language and are practicing MELT on a regular basis. We'll do a combination of MELT Restorative and Performance moves in each class.  You must have a MELT Resistance Band or equivalent.
Learn MELT Performance and Neurostrength moves to create better stability in your shoulder girdle, core and pelvis!

Introduction to MELT Workshop - 120 minutes - $35
Come to a MELT Intro Workshop and experience changes in how your body looks and feels.  Learn simple self-treatments you can do at home to remain active, healthy, and pain-free for life.
This all-levels workshop will use specialized soft rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy.  Learn to eliminate stuck stress before it accumulates causing chronic aches, pains and unwanted signs of aging.  Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, enhance athletic performance, and keep your whole body feeling great at any age.  MELT Tools available for purchase.

MELT by the Book
During this virtual six-week series you'll learn all of the moves outlined in the New York Times bestselling book "The MELT Method: A Breakthrough Self-Treatment System to Eliminate Chronic Pain, Erase the Signs of Aging, and Feel Fantastic in Just 10 Minutes a Day!", plus additional moves not in the book!  You'll have access to a private Facebook Group providing an additional avenue for learning and understanding how and why MELT works.  All needed equipment is included in the cost of the course.
